Where do you ship?
To Germany and all EU member states. Orders ship from EU-based warehouses, so there are no customs fees or import duties.
How long does delivery take?
Germany: usually 2–5 working days. Rest of EU: 3–8 working days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna and Apple Pay / Google Pay where available. All payments are SSL-encrypted.
Can I return a product?
Returns are possible for unused items in original packaging under the conditions on our Shipping & Returns page; return shipping is paid by the customer. Opened consumables (e.g. supplements) and hygiene products (e.g. make-up, underwear) can't be returned unless faulty. See Shipping & Returns.
