Shipping

Delivery area: Germany and all EU member states. Orders ship from EU-based warehouses — no customs or import duties for EU customers.

Processing time: 1–2 working days. You receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Delivery time: Germany 2–5 working days; other EU countries 3–8 working days. Times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods.

Shipping costs: displayed at checkout before payment. Orders above the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout ship free of charge.

Returns & refunds

14-day right of withdrawal. As an EU consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Where a product page states a longer return period, that period applies to that product. Full details and the model withdrawal form are in our Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy.

Conditions: products must be unused and in their original packaging. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the nature and functioning of the goods.

Not returnable once opened: consumables (e.g. food supplements, teas, powders) and hygiene or personal-care products such as make-up, skincare, underwear and similar sealed items, once the seal or packaging has been opened. Your statutory rights for faulty or damaged goods are not affected.

Return shipping: you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please use a tracked service; we cannot refund parcels that do not reach us.

How to return: contact us at info@vitalyris.com with your order number. We send you return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds: issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return shipment).

Damaged or wrong items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
